Thank you for supporting handcrafted Indigenous artistry from Helena, Montana. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time All items are handcrafted and carefully packaged with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom orders may require additional time — we will communicate your estimated timeline after your order is placed.

Shipping Rates & Carriers Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We ship via USPS and select the most reliable and cost-effective option for your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We are happy to ship internationally. International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages We package every order with great care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they have been handed off for shipment.

In-Person Pickup Local pickup may be available for Helena, MT area customers. Please reach out before ordering to arrange this option.

Custom & Special Orders Custom orders require full payment in advance before creation begins. Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, please allow additional processing time beyond our standard 3–5 business days — we will provide an estimated completion and ship date when your order is confirmed.

Once your custom piece is complete, it will be shipped using the same carriers and methods as our standard orders. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

If you have a specific deadline (such as a gift or event), please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
